When you call us, we keep a record of the call. Team members additionally provide onboarding details, documents, availability, and their mobile number for job notifications.

We use this information to quote, schedule and carry out the work, to communicate with you about your request or job, to coordinate our team, and to keep our business records. We do not sell your information.

Text messages (SMS)

We only send text messages to people who have actively opted in by checking the SMS consent box. That consent is recorded with the phone number, the time, the page it was given on, and the exact wording agreed to.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who can see your information

Access to customer and team information is restricted to authorized Clear Path Services staff who need it to do their work. Consent records are visible only to authorized staff.
